Laura Kelly

My name is Laura. I live in Halifax, NS with my incredibly supportive husband and my beautiful, spunky, 4 year old daughter.  

My family has always enjoyed and prioritized fitness and an active lifestyle.  I grew up playing professional soccer - playing on the Canada Games team, Canadian National team, the Canadian Military National team and at the semi pro level. 

I have my Masters degree in Counselling and have experience coaching, counselling as well as teaching. I see fitness as fun, healthy and social and am a big advocate for simply moving your body!
