As a certified yoga instructor with a RYT 200 certification obtained from Shvasa (India), I’ve been passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga. My teaching journey is rooted in a deep love for movement, mindfulness, and personal growth. Specializing in yoga for athletes, Ashtanga yoga, and Yin yoga, I create thoughtfully designed classes that balance strength, flexibility, and restoration.

For athletes, I offer targeted practices that enhance performance, aid recovery, and prevent injuries. My Ashtanga-inspired flows build stamina and focus through dynamic, breath-driven sequences, while my Yin Yoga sessions provide a calming, meditative space to release tension and restore inner balance. I include Pranayama (breathe work) in all classes. 

I believe yoga is more than just a physical practice—it’s a path to greater self-awareness and resilience. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where students of all levels can challenge themselves, explore their potential, and find stillness amidst life’s demands.
