I'm Coralie, French Yoga Instructor trained in London, UK.
I believe Yoga is the door for curiosity, strength & serenity within your life journey. Yoga made me feel strong in my body yet soft with myself and accepting with others. This is why I practice and now teach Yoga.
What do I teach?
Note. I teach fluently in both English and French
I teach vinyasa yoga focusing on improving body strength, connection to breath.
I teach restorative yoga focusing on restoring our connection to our feeling and emotional bodies through gentle movement and breath.
I teach meditation and pranayama, too, as a way to deepen our exploration of ourselves and the way we relate to the external world.
My classes are playful and uplifting but count on a soothing finish to quiet your mind and balance your emotions.
In addition to my weekly classes, I organise Yoga retreats several times a year (Europe + Morocco)

What's my Yoga story?
I discovered yoga in 2010 when I was living in Singapore.
My practice soon became a daily ritual which turned into a self-discovery journey. I never left the mat since and brought my Yoga to London, then France where I currently live.
My classes are a safe space for my students -beginners or advanced- to confidently explore the limits of their practice: physically, emotionally or spiritually.
I offer variations, gentle hands-on assists, and guidance on balancing life through mindful and healthy living. I always say a few words on inner-exploration as I find it one of the most essential aspects of modern Yoga.
I practice various styles of yoga, be it dynamic (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Forrest or Jivamukti) or restorative (Yin and Scaravelli). I train with international teachers several times a year attending focused retreats and workshops.
What's my own story?
For nearly 15 years in Singapore then London, I advised the management of international financial institutions to help them carry out large transformation and innovation projects. My areas of intervention were: Strategy, Risk Management, People Management. I created my management consulting agency in London in 2013.
Even though I liked both work and colleagues dearly, and always gave my best, my Yoga journey was happening in parallel. In 2017 I begun my Yoga teacher training, which was pivotal in understanding my corporate duties were not as fulfilling as I believed they were. I needed a break and more than anything a career break.
I've been asked to teach Yoga almost immediately in London, and a few months down the line I was teaching full-time. I never looked back since.
When the time came to come back to France, I kept teaching for local community centres and happily set up my own classes.
