- I have been working as a personal trainer for approximately the last 10 months. During this time I have trained different clients and provided bespoke training sessions to meet their individual needs and ensure that their personal requirements have been met. I've also undertook an 8 weeks outdoor bootcamp circuits type training session throughout the summer. The feedback from these sessions was excellent.
I am now going to be working at a new small gym, providing 3 circuit classes a week with 6/8 clients. I will also be covering extra sessions for holiday cover.
I want to inspire men and women to reach their full exercise potential, whilst having fun in a friendly community setting.
