As a former Certified Financial Planner who sat at a desk for many hours of the day, I realized the only way to aging gracefully was to embrace the fitness world. I knew I was going to retire and need something to do, so I started on the journey of fitness. I started with Stott Pilates and have taught part time at Yara Recreational Center since 2014. I then discovered a wonderful fitness routine called Essentrics (Aging Backwards-PBS) and in 2017 trained in Level 1 of this comprehensive stretch and mobility classes. My classes are enjoyed by ages 18 - 90 and diverse for all fitness levels. Recently I certified in Aquatic Exercise as there has been a shortage of instructors. I have a passion for all exercise that is safe, non-impactful and increases the clients enjoyment of a healthy fitness routine.
