I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a PhD in Science Education (Exercise Science). My specialty is in sports nutrition, dietary supplements, and weight management. I am a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
I have been a fitness instructor since 2008 and have taught a variety of formats. I am a 200-hour RYT and am certified in Les Mills RPM, BodyPump, and Core (CX Worx). I have also been trained in PiYo, BootyBarre, and HIIT with Yoga.
