Paige McLeod

Paige is a dedicated fitness professional who has been active in Calgary’s wellness community for over 10 years. She has taught barre, HIIT, and other group fitness classes, and is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Training Specialist and Nutrition Coach.  She currently coaches small group strength training & hybrid classes, and offers personal training for strength, conditioning, mobility, and nutrition. Her methods are grounded in the principles of functional fitness. Paige strongly believes that fitness is more than just time in the gym; it’s a lifestyle created by making sustainable choices that promote long-term health and well-being.
 
Living an active lifestyle has always been important to her, and she spent much of her childhood as a competitive dancer and pursuing outdoor adventures. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and loves forming meaningful connections with clients; building supportive and fun fitness communities has always been a priority. Along with coaching fitness, Paige worked for many years at a children’s outdoor play program, which allowed children the time and space to learn to trust and challenge their bodies through the development of physical skills such as balance, coordination, proprioception and sensory integration, building a strong foundation for a lifetime of healthy movement. 
 
When she’s not training others, Paige enjoys everything from hot yoga to CrossFit, and loves to fuel her family’s goals by getting creative in the kitchen.
