My name is Christina (nickname Nikki) Phillips and I am a yoga instructor (RYT 200) with certifications in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Children's yoga. I recently completed an additional 300 hours of yoga teacher training to become registered as an RYT 500 (pending with Yoga Alliance).
