Mardee brings her incessant energy and intensity to every yoga practice. Her dynamic style draws from her many years of experience and she loves to make you think as she utilizes movement lead by breath mixed with focus and precision. She is a Speech Language Pathologist and has 2 amazing children Baily and TaylorJane. She lives health and wealthiness and also teaches Barre, Pilates, Cardio, strength , seniors, children, body sculpt, lift and burn etc, In her class after she sets an intention with a theme, her creative sequences move you to extend your practice to the very edge of your comfort zone at any and all levels each new time you roll out ur mat!!!
