"Life is just one big yoga pose.  Equal parts effort and ease." 

Yoga has been a transformative practice in my own life, providing clarity, strength, and connection to my body and breath. It is both the physical and mental aspects of yoga that bring me back to my mat and inspire me to share my love of the practice with others. Motivated by these experiences, I have felt called to share the healing power of yoga through teaching. 

It is my goal to create a supportive and compassionate space for students of all levels. Through thoughtful guidance and mindful sequencing, I help students tap into their inner strength and cultivate a deeper awareness of their body’s movements and sensations. Whether teaching beginners or experienced practitioners, I am passionate about helping individuals connect more fully with themselves, fostering a sense of balance, and cultivating self-love.

I believe that yoga is not just a physical practice but a powerful tool for personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual connection. By encouraging a harmonious relationship between breath and movement, I empower students to explore their own unique journey, both on and off the mat.

When not teaching, I continue to deepen my own practice and am committed to lifelong learning through workshops, trainings, and connecting with like-minded individuals who share a love for yoga’s transformative potential.
