Ashley Smith is a yoga teacher and studio owner, and dedicated guide in the healing arts. With over five years of experience teaching yoga, Ashley specializes in restorative, Hatha, and meditation-based practices that support nervous system regulation, inner stillness, and mindful connection.

Certified as an RYT 200, Ashley teaches from a heart-centered philosophy that honours the uniqueness of every body. Her approach encourages students to listen deeply to their own breath and bodies, creating space for presence, balance, and inner peace.
