Hi! I’m Colleen and I’m a movement specialist. I’m 200hr YTT certified, group fitness instructor certified, and BASI trained in Mat and Reformer Pilates. I’m currently teaching pilates 2x with privates 1-3x a week, depending. I sub as a Yoga instructor as needed. Would love to travel and share the love of movement wherever I go :)
