Zana Darwish

Zana Darwish is a dedicated 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer with a deep passion for guiding others on their journey to wellness and self-discovery. She began her teaching journey after completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in May 2020 and has been teaching regularly ever since.

Zana’s classes are grounded in her belief that yoga is a transformative practice that extends beyond the mat. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where students can connect with their breath, build strength, and find balance—both physically and mentally.

When she’s not teaching yoga, Zana is actively embracing her love for fitness through running, skiing, biking, and Pilates. Fitness is more than a hobby for her; it’s a way of life. She is profoundly grateful for the opportunity to share her passion with others and inspire them to lead healthier, more active lives.
