Brandon Douglass

My fitness journey begin as a teen when I got into sports. It continued in high school and college as a varsity and college athlete. After completing law school I moved to NYC where I joined the vibrant fitness community and eventually became the running coordinator at my trainer's gym, WRKNYC. In 2017, I moved back to MD and got certified as a personal trainer with NASM in 2018. With that certification I began in home personal training. In 2020, I joined the staff of Life Time Fitness in Columbia, MD as group fitness instructor. When the pandemic hit and everything closed, I began my own outdoor boot camps which I offered 6 days a week. Once the gym reopened I returned to Life Time where I know teach 11 classes a week between group fitness and signature group classes.

I am a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, fitness nutrition coach and TRX certified coach. I teach classes from basic strength training to high intensity intervals and yoga inspired interval training.

Outside of the gym, I enjoy participating in Spartan races, Urbanatholon, half marathons and Savage runs as well as snowboarding and golfing.
