Clare is the owner of The Den, Sunset SUP, and The Den Juice Co., where she combines her passion for wellness and outdoor adventure. With certifications in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, restorative practices, and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, Clare has developed a teaching style that is engaging, accessible, and designed to enhance mobility.

As a registered practical nurse with a decade of experience in hospital settings, Clare has a deep understanding of anatomy and injury prevention. Her journey into yoga was sparked by a desire to strengthen the body and reduce workplace injuries, a passion that eventually led her to the water and the creation of SUNSET SUP. As an Advanced Paddle Canada Instructor, she now offers SUP Kids Camps, outdoor yoga classes at Lighthouse Park, and unique Sunset SUP Yoga sessions on the water.

Clare also opened The Den in Goderich, creating a vibrant community space that showcases the talents of exceptional instructors, offering various wellness classes and activities. Her experience and enthusiasm for combining travel, wellness, and movement make her an ideal candidate for a travel instructor position, where she can inspire others to explore and connect with nature through engaging and transformative practices.
