Meghan Bratkowski

Meghan is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, both through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is a 500 RYT, through Yoga Alliance, and has 100 hour specialty certifications in Yoga for Athletes and Warrior Yoga.  She also holds certifications Les Mills BodyAttack, BodyBalance, BodyPump, Shapes and RPM; Stages Indoor Cycling and Flight; DK Body Pilates; and Animal Flow Level 1. She currently teaches BodyPump, RPM, Barre, BodyBalance, Fusion, and Shapes and takes personal training clients.  "I love motivating people to feel empowered and successful, to do something they didn't think they could do, or be someone they didn't think they could be."  She also finds it uplifting to see the camaraderie that develops within a class, practice, or training session, and the health/fitness community.  Meghan is also the Director of Group Fitness at a local club she has been with since 2006, where she teaches all of her classes and trains clients.
