I have 25 years of experience in the field of group physical activity classes. I also have a BAC in recreational studies, I worked as a manager of leisure activities and sports and at the same time I have always had a passion for teaching group fitness classes.
Having discovered the Essentrics technique in 2014 with the aim of introducing different methods of stretching and body strengthening to an older clientele, I fell in love with this method which remains for me the most pleasant and gentle for revitalizing and rejuvenating our body whatever our age! Certified level 3 instructor, I have taught this method to hundreds of people for 10 years now.
I also love to teach group circuit training and functional training. I think the body weight is anought to strenght and strecht our
muscles and articulations.
