Ariela Kraus

I’m Ariela Kraus, I was born in Mexico City in June 9 1979. I’ve lived in other places and now back in Mexico City.

I’m married and we have 3 kids, 2 daughters (17 and 10 years old) and one son (13 years old).

I studied Hotel Management and worked in hotels in Switzerland and in Mexico.

I played volleyball from 1999 to 2018. I started practicing yoga in 2000and loved it, I took the Certification program for adults in 2005 and since then I’ve been teaching it in yoga studios, sports centers and private classes.

In 2010 I took the Yoga certification program for kids and I’m also teaching classes since then in Yoga studios, schools and private ones.

I have an other certification in Mindfulness. 
Now I’m also a Functional health coach and women specialist coach.

I love teaching my clases and coaching people, being with my family, in nature and traveling.
