For the past four years I have enjoyed working as a certified fitness instructor in the following formats: hi/lo aerobics, step, sculpt and aqua. I love keeping things interesting by using a variety of equipment such as stability balls, body bars and resistance bands. Recently I earned a YogaFit certification and began teaching Yoga for beginners which I absolutely love. I truly believe that fitness is for everyone... regardless of size, body type or physical limitations and I am very proud to be able to help people reach their fitness goals.
