Her philosophy on yoga is to take what you learn on your mat (mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually) and apply it within your day to day routines. Megan’s teaching style is rooted in supporting students to gain the courage in accepting our bodies as they are, without any judgment. Throughout her classes, she invites you to challenge yourself by exploring different variations of poses and postures, along with finding the appropriate modifications to do so.
