Created and instruct my “exercise is medicine” based virtual exercise platform. Currently there are 6 different daily “live” safe/effective instructor led classes to the community. Each class focuses on a component of fitness to empower individuals to start or get back on their fitness journey to health. My virtual platform was recently approved as a Heart Wise exercise program with the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.

Created and instruct (in person)3 of my own “signature” mindful pilates based classes that are restorative and rehab based that ensure safe and appropriate exercise prescription to older adults.

    dynamic and functional that challenge you to improve your balance, agility, core strength, posture,

    bone density, muscle strength and joint health.

    challenge and improve balance, agility and core strength for all participants, upper body strength

  •   Teach T.I.M.E program : Together in movement and exercise

  •   This exercise program is for people with a range of conditions related to aging or neurological conditions

    such as stroke, MS or Parkinson’s.

  •   Providing individualized personal training sessions to address specific health and fitness goals with emphasis on correct posture and technique throughout every exercise.
