Sabre is a 200 RYT instructor and student of yoga for 4 years. To her - yoga is a safe escape into the depths of herself. She experiences grounding through her personal practice. The joy of moving your body is the ultimate mode of self-expression. Sabre hopes her students feel energized, challenged, and limitless after leaving her class. Her favorite yoga poses are any backbends or a good scorpion twists. Outside the studio you can find Sabre trying new foods, gardening, traveling, or at an art gallery.
