I am certified in both yoga and mindful meditation, and I’m passionate about helping students improve their physical and mental well-being.

I design classes that enhance flexibility, build strength, and boost mental clarity, all while keeping the experience fun and engaging. My approach is to meet students where they are, whether they are new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I aim to create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone can grow at their own pace and feel empowered on their wellness journey.

Highlights:

Certified Yoga Instructor: I am a 200-hour certified instructor, trained in Core Power Hot Vinyasa Yoga. I can teach a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, and Restorative, allowing me to offer a range of classes suited for different levels of practitioners.

Mindful Meditation Certification: In addition to yoga, I am certified as a mindful meditation instructor, incorporating mindfulness techniques into my sessions to enhance relaxation and overall well-being for students.

Experience in Group and Private Instruction: I currently teach weekly yoga classes in corporate and community settings, and I also offer private, tailored sessions to meet individual needs. My ability to adjust my teaching to different group dynamics and personal goals ensures that I can accommodate a variety of student preferences.

Dance Background: With a trained dance background, I bring a strong understanding of body movement and awareness, which enriches my yoga classes by encouraging deeper connection and expression.
