I started practicing Yoga in 2012 when a friend told me I should try it for my anxiety. I fell in love with the practice, and in 2020 I took my teachers' training in Vancouver, BC with One Yoga Lions, and it has been quite an amazing journey since then. 

I teach and practice various styles of yoga, I also have mat pilates training although not certified; pilates and barre have become some of my favorite styles of movement. 

I am currently a full-time teacher, and have been for the past 5 years now. Honestly, what is better than helping others feel good, and find the stillness/warrior within themself?Nothing!!

I love what I do, and it's obvious in how I teach. I just love how I feel after I practice and I want everyone to feel that way too.
