My name is Alicia. I’m 27 years old and having been practicing yoga for approximately 10 years. I’m a registered practical nurse full time and became a certified yoga teacher during Covid. I have my 200hr YTT and Restorative YTT. I moved to Arnprior almost four years ago where I started to teach at a local park and was hired on at the local studio.
