Joneida is a dynamic Pilates instructor, Reiki Master, and holistic wellness expert based in McAllen, Texas.  She’s the creator of House of Form, a bespoke private studio offering elevated 1:1 Reformer training infused with mindfulness and spiritual embodiment.  Teaching professionally since 2019, she holds a 500-hour certification from The Pilates Centerand blends athletic precision with intuitive flow to craft classes that are equal parts strength, grace, and transcendence.
