 As a young athlete in the competitive arena of figure skating, I found a physical outlet for life's insults but with that came many physical injuries and emotional turmoil. This led me to the path of studying and completing a Bachelor of Honors in Health Studies and Environmental Studies. 

After three children and a Traumatic Brain Injury I was looking to get physically active in a safe way and I rediscovered yoga.  It had profound effects on my recovery and reignited my desire to live full out. The breathwork restored the nervous system and the movements healed the bits and pieces that were misaligned, broken and dysfunctional. The amazing power of the body coupled with the correct therapy led to a better version of myself that I had never known was possible. 

Wanting to share this knowledge with everyone I embarked on the Teacher Training Path. But not surprisingly, the best lessons ,of course, have always been while teaching. Connecting with others, learning and experiencing life with an understanding that everything is connected and related allows for a peaceful and purposeful presence. Yoga is a practice that is multifaceted. Learning is lifelong ; I embrace the Beginner's mindset. Never claiming to be an expert only the voice piece of knowledge I acquired from  respected and enlightened beings who gave me the gift of their knowledge. It is my pleasure to deliver the messages that have been shared with me and it is my thirst for more that keeps me evolving.  It is my hope that I can provide meaningful information to those who long for more physically, emotionally and mentally.
