Sloan is 28 years old and works in marketing at Verizon Corporate. She also has been teaching fitness classes since 2019 that consist of Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills RPM, Barbell Strength, HIIT, and Shred. She has held weekly classes at the YMCA, Colorado Athletic Club, One Life Fitness, and most recently, Life Time Fitness.
