Jessica Johnson is a Mental Health and Wellness Counselor, Personal Leadership Coach and Yoga Teacher. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with specialty training in body-based approaches and integrating complementary and alternative medicine into mental health services. She established her counseling practice in 2018 working in community mental health. She focuses on individuals experiencing anxiety, PTSD, loss or grief, substance use reliance, career issues and major life transitions. She is also passionate about supporting people who have loved ones facing mental health challenges or are feeling caregiver stress. She has significant experience with young adults, faith-integration and culturally diverse individuals. She is also an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and have been coaching since 2007. Her coaching focuses on helping women ages 25-45 create the clarity and skills needed to lead authentic and confident lives, while feeling supported every step of the way.
