Loïka Hébert

My name is Loika Hébert, and I have been a dedicated yoga teacher since 2021, with four years of experience guiding students of all levels. My journey began with a 200-hour teacher training at Idolem Hot Yoga, a renowned yoga franchise in Canada, where I gained in-depth knowledge of anatomy, foundational principles, vinyasa, flow, yin, and various other yoga styles. I further expanded my expertise with an additional 50-hour training in Hot Yoga centers.

Throughout my career, I have led diverse classes, from intimate private sessions to large-scale events with up to 100 participants. My adaptability allows me to tailor each practice to the unique needs of my students, ensuring a personalized and enriching experience.

After three years of teaching, I took on a full-time role at Club Med Miches in the Dominican Republic, where I spent six months as a yoga instructor in a luxury resort setting. During this time, I also collaborated with multiple Fit Body professionals, which introduced me to your company. Given my extensive experience teaching in high-end, all-inclusive resorts, I am confident that I am the ideal candidate to be your next Fit Body instructor.
