With eight years of experience as a certified group fitness instructor, I bring energy, expertise, and a passion for movement to every class I teach. I’m certified in multiple Les Mills programs, including BodyPump, BodyCombat, RPM (Advanced), SPRINT (Advanced), Strength Development, Functional Strength, Core, and Pilates. Additionally, I hold certifications through AFAA and SH1FT, specializing in spin and functional group fitness.

My goal is to create an inclusive, high-energy atmosphere where everyone feels motivated to push their limits while having fun. I believe the best workouts happen in a supportive group setting, where we inspire each other to master our own fitness goals.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me embracing the outdoors—whether it’s at the beach, hiking scenic trails, or exploring new adventures. I stay connected to the latest fitness trends through continuing education with NASM, AFAA, and my local gym, ensuring that my classes remain fresh, dynamic, and effective.
