Nicole first started working in the fitness industry 7 years ago as a Barre Instructor, a position that not only deepened her commitment to the fitness industry but also allowed her to explore the intricacies of body alignment and strength training. From there, she went on to pursue certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Balanced Body Reformer Pilates, Spin, Aqua, and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Each certification reflects her commitment to continuous learning and her eagerness to offer a diverse range of classes to her clients. Nicole combines her extensive knowledge with a warm, encouraging approach, creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to reach their fitness goals.
