Hi, I’m Shawne Comeau, a 25-year-old yoga instructor from Canada with a passion for infusing mindfulness, movement, and positivity into every class I teach.
At my local studio, you’ll usually find me leading energizing Heated Flow sessions that get the body moving and the mind focused. I also love guiding Slow Flow practices for a more grounded, restorative experience.
As a former university soccer player, I first turned to yoga to aid recovery, boost performance, and bring balance both on and off the field. That journey sparked a love for the practice that I now share with others, blending fun, mindful movement, and a good challenge to leave students feeling strong, centered, and inspired.
I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga to university sports teams, private clients, and group classes - always with an uplifting, inclusive teaching style where everyone feels welcome. My goal is to create a space where each person leaves lighter, more confident, and more connected to themselves.
I’m so excited to bring this energy to FitBodies—and I can’t wait for this new chapter to inspire us all!
