With extensive experience in the fitness industry, I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA & NASM-GFI), RYT-500 Yoga Teacher and Nutrition Coach dedicated to empowering individuals through holistic movement and living. My expertise spans strength training, pilates, cycling, HIIT, barre, running, endurance training, and adaptive fitness, ensuring that I can meet the needs of a diverse range of clients.
I hold specialized certifications in Stages Cycling (101 & Power) and Barre Intensity as well as Hatha, Power, 26+2, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga modalities. I coach all of my clients through a trauma-informed, accessible, and size-inclusive lens, and specialize in 1:1 training with peri- and post- menopausal women. As a Personal Trainer Assistant Lead (PTL2) at Life Time, I mentor trainers, support member success, and drive performance within the fitness community.
