Rachael is a passionate yoga instructor with 19 years of personal practice and 2 years of teaching experience in Power Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Meditation. After studying with inspiring teachers like Tonia White and Nancy Daniels, Rachael completed her 200-hour certification with Shift Yoga Teacher Training in 2023.
Alongside her yoga teaching, she is a licensed occupational therapist with a focus on holistic wellness and healing. She brings a unique blend of therapeutic insight and energetic flow to her classes, encouraging students to embrace the power of breath as a tool for navigating discomfort and pushing personal boundaries. Whether in a heated or non-heated space, Rachael’s classes are designed to build internal power and resilience, leaving you feeling both grounded and strong.
