Caitlin Schaefer

Caitlin Schaefer is a wellness teacher based out of Montana/NW Wyoming. 

She has a heart for offering gentle practices that allow participants to slow down, create stillness, and experience deep rest. Through her offerings, she encourages the return to true Self through aligning with the pace and patterns of nature.  Themes of sacred awareness, and living with compassion + lovingkindness are often woven into her teachings. She has shared these practices through weekly classes, specialty workshops, private custom sessions, yoga festivals, wellness conferences, and with luxury hospitality/tourism companies.

Caitlin is a certified sound healer, and is currently serving as a mentor for The Sound Healer’s Academy.

She is a certified yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 500hr, and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).

Additionally, she is a Level I and Level II Reiki Practitioner, and meditation teacher.
