Julie, an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, has recently brought her profound love for yoga from Atlanta, GA, to Central Kentucky. Specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Julie's classes seamlessly blend movement with breath, cultivating balance, strength, and inner peace for practitioners of all levels.

As a Registered Nurse and dedicated yoga instructor, Julie brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise and mindful movement to every class. With a passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces, she empowers students to explore their practice while building strength, flexibility, and balance—both physically and emotionally. Her thoughtfully sequenced classes incorporate hands-on adjustments, clear cues, and her approach integrates clinical knowledge with the healing potential of yoga, fostering self-discovery.

Beyond the mat, Julie maintains her personal journey of health and fitness through CrossFit and embraces the homestead lifestyle. She is actively developing an inspiring outdoor yoga studio where she will also curate unique yoga retreats. She enjoys embracing local adventures, including discovering the rich heritage of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Julie is honored to support others on their journey to wellness and looks forward to welcoming you on the mat.
