Naomi's approach to group fitness encorporates strength and power training in a circuit format. Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, Naomi's focus is on form, encouraging clients with a positive and motivating approach, and helping clients build strength even if they have orthopedic difficulties or injuries. As a certified yoga instructor, Naomi guides students to explore the benefits of breath and movement and helps each person experience the positive effects of a yoga practice that works for each individuals' body and mind.
