Michelle is a seasoned fitness professional with 17 years of experience and multiple certifications, including NASM-CPT and Pilates Comprehensive. With over 5,000 hours of one-on-one training, she specializes in sports performance coaching, working with elite athletes from the LPGA, NHL, NFL, and D1 collegiate programs.
She currently teaches a variety of classes, including rowing, boot camps, spinning, Pilates, and strength-based pump classes. As the Manager of Coach Development for a nationwide fitness franchise, Michelle leads the training team, implements new processes to enhance coaching quality, and ensures consistency in predesigned programming.
In addition to her coaching and leadership roles, Michelle is the author of a book on rowing.
