Movement has always been a driving force in Travis' life. From playing a multitude of sports growing up and exploring the outdoors from hiking to camping to winter sports and ultimately applying a passion for movement to becoming a yoga instructor. Travis brings a dynamic and well-rounded approach to every class where you'll find yourself empowered and relaxed. As a RYT 200-certified yoga instructor at CorePower Yoga, Travis power yoga and hot power yoga multiple times a week, combining strength, flexibility, and breathwork to create powerful and balanced flows.
His love for movement started early, whether refereeing youth soccer, managing collegiate basketball equipment, or diving into outdoor adventures. This foundation led him to yoga, where he found a practice that builds both physical and mental resilience. His classes emphasize functional and fun movement, body awareness, and breath work, helping students unlock strength and mobility for everyday life.
Beyond yoga, Travis enjoys hiking, snowboarding, traveling, eating, and exploring new landscapes. With a background in leadership, coaching, and community engagement, he creates an inclusive and motivating space for all students—whether they’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening their practice.
