I’m Ebuka Nwana, an engineer-turned-yoga instructor and mindfulness coach. My journey started in engineering, but after exploring careers in marketing, sales, hospitality, and logistics, I realized that mindfulness and movement have been my true anchors all along.
Yoga, breathwork, and meditation helped me break free from fear-based conditioning and build self-trust. Now, I blend practical mindfulness with dynamic, accessible yoga flows to help others find clarity, balance, and strength—on and off the mat.
My teaching style is all about compassion, curiosity, and a bit of humor because transformation should feel both intentional and enjoyable.
