Frank Turner

I completed my Yoga 200 certification training and received my certification in January 2018. With seven years of teaching experience, I specialize in slow flow, power, and heated vinyasa flows. Currently, I teach at the YMCA in Charlotte (Sara’s, Morrison, and Dowd) as well as at the White-Water Center. Teaching yoga brings me immense joy, and I believe it is a gift that keeps on giving. My goal is for clients to leave my class feeling grounded, relaxed, and rejuvenated!

My fulltime job is within the IT industry, and I've been doing this role for 35 years.
