I am currently teaching 14 classes a week. I am 49 years old, 5'2", 109 lbs, a widow with two grown children. I am a true believer in fitness and health. I believe in mind & body work out and loving teaching every one of my classes. I feel very fulfill and rewarding after each class, especially when member comes up to me thanking me for being there. I also hold a full time job at Teachers Federal Credit Union, a branch manager at the Smithtown branch. I vacation in Bahamas once a year and love the caribbean sun and water. I lover exercising and have been taking classes since my early twenties.
