Yoga has not only strengthened her body and increased her flexibility but has also deepened her ability to cultivate patience, quiet the mind, and embrace the present moment.
As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) trained in Vinyasa Flow, Lori is passionate about guiding others in purposeful, accessible, and empowering practices. Whether in a studio, on a retreat, or in the midst of an unforgettable travel experience, she thoughtfully designs classes that encourage self-awareness, growth, and compassion—both on and off the mat. Lori brings a unique ability to create well-structured, engaging experiences that foster connection and personal transformation. As an avid traveler, she values the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and exploration—believing that yoga is not just a practice, but a way to engage more fully with the world.
