Megan Pechin Bergseth

When I'm not on my mat teaching, I enjoy hanging out with my husband, Ryan, and two mini schnauzers, Stella & Ozzy. I'm also a co-owner of Three Dog Bakery (your dog needs a birthday cake)! My other hobbies include traveling the US & world, trying new food spots, smoking meats on a Yoder Smoker (I lived in Kansas City for a bit), and gardening. Born and raised in Kansas, I've heard all the Wizard of Oz jokes and frequently click my heels to head home!
