Being active in sports and fitness has always been a part of my life, beginning with sports in high school and throughout my life still. Becoming a group fitness instructor, mainly an aerial instructor, happened by fate. I was fortunate enough to experience aerial yoga while I was learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the same facility, the benefits of the zero compression inversions and partnership with the hammock allowed me to stretch my body and healed my numerous injuries. I wanted to share that success with everyone and anyone. I completed my aerial teaching certifications in 2016-17 and truly found the class style that sparks a light in me!
