A few years ago, when I began my fitness journey, I came across Pilates, and I instantly fell in love. What started as a way to move my body; quickly became a passion for mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and holistic living. Pilates has transformed not only my strength and mobility but also my overall well-being, and I love sharing that experience with others.

When I am not enhancing my Pilates practice or teaching, I like to design dynamic Pilates classes that help sculpt, tone, and restore the body in a safe way for all skill levels. My goal is to create workouts that empower my clients, helping them feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident with every session.

Seeing the way Pilates transforms both body and mind is what truly inspires me. I can not wait to bring my passion to Milton’s renowned Life Yoga and Pilates Studio and help you move, breathe, and feel amazing!
