Kristen Metcalf

Kristen Metcalf is a certified 200-hour RYT with a Ph.D. in Health and Human Physiology. She has been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years, and began her yoga journey seven years ago. Kristen decided to deepen her practice by becoming a certified instructor in 2024, and has enjoyed sharing yoga with others. With a passion for both the physical and mental benefits of yoga, she loves how it makes her body feel and the mindfulness it cultivates each day. Kristen is dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience level. Her favorite styles of yoga are Hot Vinyasa Flow and Restorative, where she enjoys both the dynamic flow and the peaceful, healing aspects of the practice. She currently teachings Hot Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.
