I have taught yoga, strength training, and cycling classes in a variety of settings, including health clubs, corporate offices, student groups, and private studios.

As the owner of my own fitness studio, I specialize in leading yoga retreats, workshops, and personalized yoga coaching. My goal is to create engaging, supportive, and effective fitness experiences that inspire people to reach their full potential. Whether guiding a group class or working one-on-one, I strive to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for all.
