RENO DAVENPORT

Coach Reno Davenport Began playing tennis at age 6 and has never stopped.  He attended college on a tennis scholarship and has competed at the local/regional/national level. His first career was in the US Navy reaching the rank of LCDR, second career was in Silicon Valley where he was the senior sales executive in 8 startups.  After selling the last startup he has spent the past 24 years teaching tennis, and the last 4 years teaching pickleball.  He hold tennis and pickleball certification with the Professional Racquet Organization, RSPA and PTR/PPR. He has many years of coaching in racquet sports including tennis, racquet ball, squash, paddleball, table tennis and pickleball.  His clinics and lessons draw on his extensive competition experience (over 800 USTA league matches).  Reno has traveled extensively in his careers visiting over 100 countries.
